Hello and Welcome

I am sure you have already seen on your dashboard the courses you have purchased. 

But let's get you started on finding your way around and getting to grips with what we have to offer you at

The Baby Care Academy. 

1. Firstly a very warm welcome from me Clare Marie, I am your Teacher, Mentor, Friend, and Soul Sister. If you need me through your training you can comment in the box at the end of every lesson or drop me a private email at [email protected] My inbox is always open, or you can email Katie for admin questions at [email protected]

2. Secondly if you want to Download the App to learn on the go, you will need to download the app "kajabi" from your app store, and once opened you can pop in your email and gain access to our training school and instant access to your courses. 

3. The resources and templates are situated in the first module of each course with a video to show you how to use them. For a lot of our resources and templates to edit you will need to get the free version of Canva from here: https://www.canva.com you will thank me later it is an amazing tool for your business. 

4. Our Connection Community is accessed through Facebook >>Click Here<<  so be sure to take a good look round in there. Come on in and introduce yourself.

This is where you can ask the community any questions you have and get to know the other student's past and present. Me and the Team hang out here daily ready to answer your questions. We also offer Video sessions here once a month to answer your Q and As. 

5. If you have a question as you move through the lessons you can write your questions at the bottom of the page where it says "post comment" and we will reply within 48 hours, which is useful to other learners who will also be able to see your question and might have the same question as you. Also always check this section at the bottom of the page first as your question might have already been asked and answered. 

 We hope you soon start to feel at home here and enjoy the courses and environment around here.
